This article talks bout the teenage pregnancy. the percentage rage of teen births rate has gone up to 15 to 19 in the U. S. according to researchers they rate has increased three percent in the year 2006 since 1991. millions of dollars is been spend by the federal government on programs regarding teens pregnancy. the cause of teenage birth rate is been driven by rates of sex, contraception and abortion. in the year of 1990s the teenage sex rate dropped and the use of condom roses because many teenagers were scare of getting diseases.
