Interview Questions

  1. What does this topic mean to you?
Teens these days are not careful about having sex. They are not aware about the obstacles and challenges in being a teen parent. 
  
     2.How are you connected to this topic?
I am to be a soon teen mom

     3.Do you have first-hand experience with the topic?
yes

     4.How long have you been connected with/affected by this topic?
Almost 7 months

     5.Do you think this is a serious problem, or something that can be put off?
Yes i believe this is a serious problem to all teen moms because I am in a situation that my parents wont support me in anyway. Teen moms need support because they cant take care of a child when they cant even take care of themselves yet.

   6.What are your thoughts on how to improve the problem?
My thoughts on how to improve this problem is have there parents have that one on one talk about sex and how its important to use protection. At schools they should teach the students also.

   7.What are your thoughts on the opposing views?
Soon to be a teen mom, I wish my parents would have the "talk" to me. I dont blame my parents for not talking to me about it but i feel like if they did have that talk to me i would think twice and it would prevent me from it.


8.Do you think being a teen mom will be hard without your parents support?
Yes i do believe it'll be hard without my parents support


9.Will you have the "talk" to your child when he/she is a teen?
yes


10. Was it hard telling you parents the news?
Yes it was hard and they were hurt and disappointed.
